A 30-minute telephone appointment is offered to you if you wish to discuss your problem, ask me questions... We will evaluate together the support best suited to your objective. I am at your disposal and ready to listen to you.

Naturopathic assessment (75-90 min): €75

All sessions begin with an assessment. I offer you a real listening time, where you will have the space to explain the underlying reasons that led you to contact me. It is about understanding your history, your experiences, your lifestyle, your diet, but also to take stock of your psychological and emotional state. The objective is to define your support strategy together.
At the end of this interview, you will leave with: individualized advice which may include elements of nutrition, physical activity, breathing exercises, relaxation, etc. This advice can be combined, if necessary, with taking medicinal plants, essential oils or a well-being massage session.
A written summary accompanied byan advice sheet will be sent to you by email within 48 hours.
Throughout the duration of the support, I remain available by telephone or email. to answer all your questions.

Follow-up session (60 min): €65

Follow-up sessions are fixed according to your wish, at intervals of 3 weeks between each session approximately.
This session allows you to do update on your progress and to define together new actions consistent with your objective.
A summary advice sheet will be sent to you by email within 48 hours.

Please remember that these sessions do not replace consultations with your doctor and prescribed medical treatments.

Naturopathy sessions can be done via video.
