General Conditions of Sale

ARTICLE 1 – ORDER

Placing an order by the customer, by clicking on the "validate order" button, implies pure and simple acceptance of all the clauses stipulated in the conditions of sale.
The purchasing conditions stipulated by the customer, whether printed or not, are only binding on us if they have been expressly accepted by our Company when registering the orders.
All information contained on the site is presented in French and English.
The technical information provided on this site is subject to change without notice.
Product photos and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and may change at any time.
These terms and conditions apply to the sale of Gift Vouchers in the online store. They are automatically made available to the buyer on the homepage of the website www.sarahlansac.fr. The buyer simply needs to click on "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") to find out the terms and conditions of their order, even before they have started the ordering process.
Consequently, placing an order implies the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
The fact that the seller does not avail himself at a given time of any of the provisions of this document cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to avail himself subsequently of any of the said conditions.

ARTICLE 2 – METHOD AND TIME OF DELIVERY

By email: the gift voucher is sent immediately to the address indicated by the buyer.

By mail: the gift voucher is sent by mail to the address indicated when placing the order.

 ARTICLE 3 – PRICES

Unless otherwise specifically offered, the applicable rates for Gift Vouchers are those listed in the Price List in effect on the date of purchase. Rates are those applicable on the date of treatment. All purchases, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros only. Sarah Lansac reserves the right to modify its prices and services at any time.
The prices indicated are:
– All Taxes Included: VAT at 20.00% included for products 

ARTICLE 4 – REGULATIONS

Gift vouchers are payable in full upon purchase and are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Unused care will not be reimbursed.
Payment method: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, CB), or bank transfer to be made at the time of ordering.

ARTICLE 5 – VALIDITY OF GIFT VOUCHERS

The validity of gift vouchers is 1 year.

Gift vouchers not used by the expiry date shown therein will not be subject to any extension of validity or refund.

Any appointment not honored or not canceled 48 hours before the appointment is considered to have been paid.

ARTICLE 6 – SECURITY

None of your bank details are transmitted or stored on our site. Online payments are made directly through our banking partner Woo's website.

ARTICLE 7 – COMPLAINTS

They can only be done by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

ARTICLE 8 – CONFIDENTIALITY

We protect the information you provide to us.
You have the right to access data concerning you, as well as the right to modify and delete it (art. 34 of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978).
To exercise this right, simply send a letter by post to our customer service.
Under no circumstances will Sarah Lansac communicate confidential information related to your account.

ARTICLE 9 – APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

This contract is subject to French law. Any dispute arising in connection with the execution or interpretation of this contract will be brought before the jurisdiction of the Mulhouse Court.

ARTICLE 10 – WITHDRAWAL PERIOD AND RETURN OF GIFT VOUCHER

In accordance with current regulations, the buyer has a period of 14 calendar days, from the date of purchase, to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, the buyer must, within this period, inform the Company of their decision to withdraw, by letter addressed to the Company's head office or by email to the following address: contact@sarahlansac.fr.
After verification of non-use of the Voucher by the Customer or the Beneficiary, the Voucher will be deactivated by the Company and may no longer be presented or consumed. The Customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for any voucher already used, in whole or in part or used in making an appointment.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised by the Customer and after verification of its non-use, the Company undertakes to reimburse the Customer for all sums paid no later than 14 days from the date on which it was informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.

ARTICLE 10 – ACCESS TO CARE

Making an appointment or accessing treatment assumes that the client has no contraindication to receiving treatment, massage or foot reflexology.  

In accordance with the law, these services are well-being, comfort massages without medical or erotic purposes.
