Zucchini and lemon dessert cream

Its fresh and tangy taste is incredible.

The zucchini is blended raw, all the vitamins and minerals are preserved. A healthy, original and quick dessert!

 

Ingredients

  •  300 g of zucchini (yellow if possible)
  • Juice of one lemon + zest
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 50 g white almond puree
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ level teaspoon of turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into glasses

  3. Reserve in the fridge at least 2 hours before tasting.
